Technical support costs

Technical assistance in Netz0 has no charge and is free for all offered products and services. As a user you can access the support system directly from your customer account 24 hours a day by email tickets, chat or phone depending on your level of coverage.

Optional corporate service levels are available with additional cost, but they are entirely optional.
