Uptime means the warranty and availability of the service you obtain. 99.9% equals to a correct operation of a service with a maximum of 43 minutes of downtime or 8 hours a year before issuing refunds. Unlike other providers who offer uptime guarantees but exclude “maintenance”, our 99.9% is complete, including in the 0.01% all the updates or upgrades of the service. Note that if a provider offers 99.9% excluding maintenance and performs a 4-hour upgrade per month, it is not included in their uptime which results in your service being down for 4 hours without potential claims. The uptime in Netz0 is real (not just marketing) and we guarantee a minimal working service of 99.9%. In practice, our uptime is much higher and around 100% each month.

The amount of messages a hosting account can send per hour.

The limit is in place to protect your domain against spam issues which can hurt your domain and company reputation. Every provider has mail limits, and ours are high enough for most commercial communications, including medium size business. For example, Gmail allows up to 100 recipients per day before blocking access to the user account. Compare this to 1250 mails/hour in our Enterprise plan which equals to 30,000 messages per day.

If you go over the hourly limit, messages not sent are queued until the next hour. The limit only applies to send messages. It is global per hosting account, independent of the number of mail accounts or domains. There are no limits on the number of received messages.

Hosted sites indicates the number of websites that can be hosted in your account. Additional sites are activated as independent domains pointing to their own unique content and services (separate websites). Usually, one hosting account is activated per site to keep management and isolation separated between different sites. However, this option allows an organization that owns several sites to use the same hosting account to host all its Internet presence in a centralized manner.

All the sites in one account share the computing resources such as CPU, memory, space, transfer, as well data. If your account has the multi-site feature, you can add additional sites at any time.

Check Multi-Site for more information about this functionality. In the metered plan, you can add additional sites at any time at the specified price per unit. Your main site and with which you activate the account is free of charge.

You can increase/decrease your sites limit at any time.

If your account has enabled the multi-site functionality, you can add additional domains that point to separated websites at any time. Additional costs may apply.

Indicates the number of mailboxes that can be activated on your account. One mailbox = one email account. Usually, one mailbox is enabled per user. You can use any software or device compatible with the IMAP/POP protocols such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora or Android/iPhone smartphones. Users can also access messages through a web browser using the included webmail interface, as well adjust settings for their e-mail account.

The metered plan is perfect for organizations that continually fluctuate in the number of users. You can increase or decrease email accounts at any time as required and only pay what you consume each month.

Indicates the maximum allowed size for which you can create an email account. You can, of course, create mailboxes with less space if desired. E-mail accounts utilize the disk space assigned to your hosting account. Some plans have no limit, and you can create email accounts as large as you want. All plans allow the direct upgrade to the corporate email service NetzMail at any time if you need to separate and isolate your mail service from your web site/web application.

Disk space in GB. 1 GB = 1024 MB. The files you upload to your account on a server such as HTML, PHP, images, audio/video, etc., consume disk space. You can increase your disk at any time. The space provided by Netz0 is real, without overselling or limits on file size, inodes or content. Your data is stored on Enterprise type drives for servers on RAID 10 and data center controllers for maximum redundancy and security. Moreover, if that is not enough, we perform a protection copy (backup) of all your data to another external server every day, without additional costs.

If your plan supports it, you can access these backup servers to retrieve files up to 1 year old.

On plans by package, you can use 100% of the purchased space. In the metered plan, we charge per each GB consumed on average per month, being 1 GB the minimum. For example, if in a month you have an average of 2.9 GB of disk usage, at the current rate of $0.25/GB you will be charged 3 GB for a total of $0.75. You can increase or reduce consumption at any time, the averages are calculated per day. For example, if you are using 10 GB for 19 days, and the remaining 11 days 4 GB, the average at the end of the month is equivalent to 7.4 GB

Netz0 offers a fully redundant fault tolerant service for the resolution of domain names on the Internet. Our DNS servers are distributed in geographically distant places and separate networks from our data centers in Dallas and Miami. All domains connected to our DNS services use our redundant infrastructure.

Netz0 has premium network connectivity. This means that packets that travel over the Internet from and to your website go through top worldwide bandwidth carriers to give you an unmatched performance and speed. Transfer limits are real without any kind of overselling and you can increase your transfer limits at any time.

Any traffic generated by your site is considered data transfer. When someone loads an HTML page, an image, or any other element from your site a small network data transfer is generated.

You can check consumption at any time from your control panel, and we send alerts if you are approaching the limit. The transfer is cumulative and resets to zero on a monthly basis. You can consume all the assigned transfer to your package each month. The transfer is measured in GB, 1 GB = 1024 MB.

You will not be overcharged for excess, and your account will cease to work if you reach the limit, or you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. In the metered plan, there is no limit, and we bill for each consumed GB, being 1 GB the minimum. For example, if you transfer 2.5 GB in a month, at the current rate of $0.19/GB you will be billed 3 GB for a total of $0.57
