This Schedule applies to Netz0 DNS hosting, whether purchased standalone or bundled with other services. Where this Schedule conflicts with the master Terms, this Schedule prevails for these services.
1. The Service
Netz0 provides authoritative DNS hosting: we publish the DNS zones you configure, from our nameserver infrastructure. Zone limits (zones, records, query volumes where applicable) are defined by your plan or the bundling service.
2. Your Zone Content
You control and are responsible for the contents of your zones — the records you publish, their correctness, and their lawful use. Netz0 does not validate that your records point where you intend.
3. Propagation and Resolvers
DNS changes take effect on Netz0's authoritative servers promptly, but visibility to end users depends on caching by third-party resolvers, governed by the TTLs you configure. Netz0 is not responsible for caching behavior, negative caching, or resolution failures in resolvers and networks it does not operate.
4. Availability
DNS service availability is covered by the SLA. Bundled DNS follows the bundling service's term; cancelling the bundling service ends bundled DNS with it, unless converted to a standalone DNS plan.
