Update:
Approximately at 12:42, we noticed a sudden complete packet loss in our main datacenter facilities. This was caused by human error on our part, and we took preventive measures to avoid a similar issue in the future. After restoration, we noticed some further issues caused by the complete outage that prevented us from fully restoring all services immediately to all customers. Network connectivity was fully restored after 50 minutes, and all other services after one hour.
