Each domain name added to NetzMail that handles email traffic will require some specific DNS records. Please open a support ticket if you don’t know how to make DNS changes on your domain name. Email messages will not be properly routed to your mail boxes unless your domain has the proper DNS configuration to work with our email platform.

Minimal DNS Configuration:

Assuming your domain name is abc-01234.com the DNS configuration at your registry would look like the following:

1.2.3.4 is the IP address of your assigned email server name. You will receive these details on your activation welcome email.
