This Schedule applies to Netz0 email services wherever they appear — purchased standalone, or included with another service. Where this Schedule conflicts with the master Terms, this Schedule prevails for these services.
1. The Service
Netz0 provides fully managed email hosting: mailboxes, sending and receiving infrastructure, and the interfaces and tools that come with your plan. Netz0 operates the platform (servers, service software, patching, platform security); your messages, mailbox contents, and mail configuration within the platform are yours to manage. Plan scope — mailbox counts, storage, and sending volumes (per sending, per day, per month) — is defined by your plan and displayed at purchase and in your account.
2. Standalone and Bundled
Email services may be purchased standalone or included with another service (for example, mailboxes included with a web hosting plan). Bundled email follows the bundling service's term: cancelling the bundling service ends the bundled email with it, unless upgraded or converted to a standalone email plan. Included email tiers can be upgraded to standalone plans at any time without loss of mailbox data.
3. Sending Rules
All sending is subject to the AUP's email and anti-spam rules (AUP, Section 4) and your plan's volume limits. Netz0 may defer or rate-limit outbound mail on shared infrastructure to protect deliverability for all customers. You are responsible for all mail sent from your services, including through compromised credentials.
4. Transactional Email
Where offered, transactional email is a sending-only service for automated, non-marketing messages triggered by a user action or system event — password resets, receipts, notifications, and similar. Transactional sending is subject to the AUP's email rules, plan volume limits, and the following: messages must be genuinely transactional (marketing content makes a message commercial and subject to the full bulk-email rules); hard bounces and complaints must be honored via the suppression mechanisms provided; and sustained complaint or bounce rates that threaten platform deliverability may result in throttling or suspension of sending pending resolution.
5. Your Data
Mailbox contents can be exported using standard protocols and the tools provided. Data handling, cancellation, and deletion follow the master Terms and the Privacy Policy, like all services.
