Service Schedule: Managed Servers

Terms for managed cloud servers and the server-layer management included in your plan.

This Schedule applies to managed cloud servers. Where this Schedule conflicts with the master Terms, this Schedule prevails for these services.

1. Responsibility Model: Managed Server

Netz0 provides the server and manages the scope defined in your plan — which may include operating system installation and patching, base security configuration, firewall management, and monitoring, as itemized in the plan description at purchase.

Management covers the server layer, not your applications or content. Your applications, websites, data, and application-level configuration remain your responsibility unless your plan or an IT Services order expressly includes them.

2. Access and Changes

Depending on plan, you may retain administrative (root) access alongside Netz0's management access. Where you do: changes you make to managed components may conflict with our management, and Netz0 is not responsible for issues caused by customer changes to managed components. If your plan includes included IT tickets, they may be used for changes within the plan's scope.

3. Included Management vs. IT Services

Work listed in your plan's management scope is included. Work outside that scope — application installation, migrations, custom configuration, troubleshooting your software — is IT Services, ordered and billed per the master Terms.

4. Resources, Data, and Backups

Server resources are defined by your plan and allocated per our Zero Overselling policy. Your data remains yours; export and deletion follow the master Terms and Privacy Policy. Backups, where included, are governed by the Backup Services Schedule; you remain responsible for independent backups.
