This Schedule applies to customers who resell services built on Netz0 infrastructure under a reseller plan. Where this Schedule conflicts with the master Terms, this Schedule prevails for these services.
1. The Relationship
Netz0's customer is you, the reseller — and only you. Your end-users are your customers, not Netz0's: they have no contract with Netz0, no account with Netz0, and no right to support from Netz0. Netz0 has no involvement in, and no knowledge of, your billing relationships with your end-users.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for everything downstream of your account:
- Billing: you set your own prices and bill your own customers. Your obligations to Netz0 (your reseller plan fees) are independent of whether your customers pay you.
- Support: you provide first-line support to your end-users. Netz0 supports you, under the master Terms, for the reseller service itself.
- Conduct: you are responsible for your end-users' use of the services. You must impose terms on your end-users at least as protective as the Netz0 AUP, and violations by your end-users are enforceable against your account — up to suspension or termination of your reseller service where abuse is repeated or tolerated. You cannot shift this responsibility to your end-users or any third party.
- Data: end-user data on your reseller services is data Netz0 processes on your behalf (Privacy Policy, Section 12). You are the party responsible for its lawful collection and handling.
3. Brand Separation
You operate under your own brand. You may not represent yourself as Netz0, as Netz0's agent or partner, or as authorized to act for or bind Netz0, and you may not use Netz0's names, trademarks, logos, or materials without prior written consent. Attribution such as "Powered by Netz0" is available on request. White-label depth — from a fixed neutral label to full customization with your own brand — is defined by your reseller plan.
4. Enforcement and Termination
Where abuse originates from an end-user, Netz0 will contact you to remedy it; for severe or ongoing harm, Netz0 may act directly on the offending resource first (per the AUP). Suspension or termination of your reseller service affects everything provisioned under it; managing the consequences for your end-users is your responsibility.
