First of all, we take security seriously. Our whole site is protected by a TLS connection and runs on an isolated server separated from our customer’s services. Since every page is secured, this means that all the information that travels to netz0.com is encrypted in transit. This encryption is the same used by major banks and government systems. We also take care to protect our servers and continuously monitor and verify security in our applications and network. Data safety is something we do not take lightly. Our privacy policy protects every piece of information you enter in Netz0, and sensitive data is always hashed when stored.
Secondly and most important, we do not store your credit card information in our servers. We do not save your credit card number anywhere. We use a tokenized payment gateway, so all we store from your credit card is a token, not your whole credit card data. The information we store is just a necessary piece of information which includes the type of card, the expiration date, and the four last numbers. That is the only information we have on your credit card. All the information in our database is also encrypted but even if it gets compromised; the information would be useless for an attacker since your billing information is not complete. There are no credit card numbers in our servers or databases.
The whole number of your credit card required for charges is only stored by the bank of our payment company. When we charge your card, we only tell them which customer to bill since we do not know your credit card number. They are fully PCI compliant and secure, and so are we. The payment gateway Netz0 uses is the same used by major online companies, including Twitter and SalesForce, just to name two recognized brands. You can rest assured that if major companies trust them for millions of customers, you can as well.
