We are sorry, but it is not possible to reverse a domain name once processed. If you selected the wrong domain name in the registration form and it was already successfully registered by Netz0, it is not possible to change it.
We do not offer refunds for issued domains because even if we reimburse the money, your registration remains active for the registered period and therefore is entirely functional for use. Our policies for refunds therefore currently exclude registrations since we cannot cancel them or reverse them. The majority of domain extensions are processed automatically by the registrar which does not accept returns for processed names.
