If your services were suspended for payment reasons, you can reactivate them immediately after payment. There is no interaction required from us for most products, and your services start working immediately. You can reactivate any services in a suspended state. When your services are suspended, they are left exactly in the same state they were previously.
To reactivate suspended services, simply pay the outstanding invoices.
If your services are however terminated, you cannot reactivate them, you must buy them again. Suspended services can only remain in the suspended state for a specific number of days or even weeks depending on the type of services, but this grace period is entirely optional, and we reserve the right to terminate any suspended services to leave room for new customers at any time. If your services are suspended, and you are having problems making the payment, please contact us and let us know so we can make sure your product is not terminated for lack of payment. We are always flexible and can increase the grace period if you contact us.
Note: Terminated services for nonpayment does not cancel or void your outstanding invoice. Our accounting department will claim any pending debts against provided services in your customer account. Recurring services by contract do not cancel on its own, and you need to submit a cancellation request if you no longer wish to use them.
