Please click here if you do not remember your customer account password. This page will allow you to reset your account with a new password. Then just follow these instructions.

We do not know your password because it is encrypted in the database. So we cannot tell which password is saved on your account, but you can reset your account password for a new one.

The process is very simple.

Note that this procedure will only reset the password in your Netz0 customer account, passwords on purchased services like your hosting control panel or email accounts are not modified.

1. Enter your email address and hit the Submit button. The email address should be the same address you have saved in your customer account. We now send a validation message to this email account to start the reset process.

2. Check your email and look for our message. Now click the link to open it or copy the URL into your web browser. This is a safety measure to make sure that you are the person requesting a password reset.

3. Once you have opened the validation link in your web browser, you will see a page like the following.

On this page, all you need to do is set your new desired password and click the button Save Changes.

That is all! Now you can log in with your new password.
