We understand that your business is important and always online so technical support is covered 24x7 both day and night. Please note that during holidays coverage is reduced and response times may be longer than usual.

Support tickets are answered on a first-come, first-served basis, as well priority. Our warranty is an average response time of two hours however most tickets are answered before this time frame. In cases of major outages times are longer, but you can view reports in our external status page located at n0.network to stay informed in real time about the status of the network.

Priority support options are available for corporate customers and by payment exclusively per ticket.
