Updating your Netz0 service plan is very easy and straightforward. A plan with a package can be modified provided there are no unpaid bills for the existing contract. You can upgrade to a higher package improving your service and features or downgrade to an inferior one if you wish. The process of changing a package does not affect your website, service or data so that you can scale and expand your functionality at any time. In the case of downgrades, we suggest first to verify if the new package does not affect any limits you are currently using.

Plan downgrades are applied immediately, and it is not possible to revert to the old service without making a new update (upgrade) as such we advise precaution with downgrades.

To improve to a higher package, you do not need to pay the full price for the new service. The system automatically calculates the payable difference for the remaining time based on your existing agreement and the price difference of the new package. This means that you only pay a prorated amount until your next renewal date and you do not lose what is already paid. A package upgrade is performed immediately after paying the difference.

To perform a package modification and contract period, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to the menu Services > My Services

2. Select the service you want to modify

3. From the lateral ACTIONS menu, choose the option Upgrade/Downgrade

4. Select the new desired package and new time contract, then click Choose Product

5. Finish the ordering process after verifying the price differences

Note: Downgrades are applied immediately and upgrades after paying the upgrade invoice. It is not possible to make package modifications if the invoice for the next period was already issued. In that case, you must first pay it and then make the desired change. There are no refunds for downgrades or remaining time.
