We charge your credit card 72 hours before your next due date. Time zone differences can cause some minor variation in invoice date/time, but as a rule, it should be three days ahead to give you enough time in case there is a problem with your payment or credit card.
Payments for recurring services are automatically processed based on your billing cycle from your credit card on file unless canceled. You can change the payment method at any time, but to prevent service disruption, you must always have a valid payment associated with your account.
We have a prepay option available if you prefer to avoid charges to your credit card. You can pay a fixed amount by adding credits to your Netz0 account. Then at the beginning of your billing cycle, the payment is taken from your available credits instead of charging your credit card.
