This Schedule applies to fully managed web hosting platform services (Cloud Sites). Email services, including mailboxes bundled with web hosting plans, are governed by the Email Services Schedule. Where this Schedule conflicts with the master Terms, this Schedule prevails for these services.
1. Responsibility Model: Managed
Netz0 operates the platform: the underlying servers, operating systems, service software, patching, monitoring, and platform security. You do not administer, and do not have administrative access to, the underlying systems.
Managing the platform is not managing your content. Your websites, applications, mailboxes, files, databases, and configurations within the platform are yours to create, operate, and maintain. Hands-on work inside your layer is available as IT Services.
2. Plan Resources and Limits
Resources and limits — including storage, bandwidth, and compute allocations — are defined by your plan and displayed at purchase and in your account. Resource allocation follows our Zero Overselling policy. Technical limits are enforced by the platform; attempting to circumvent them violates the AUP.
3. Email
Mailboxes and email sending included with web hosting plans are governed by the Email Services Schedule and the AUP's email and anti-spam rules.
4. Your Data
You may export your content (sites, mailboxes, databases) using the tools provided in the platform. Data handling and deletion follow the master Terms and the Privacy Policy. Backups, where included with your plan, are governed by the Backup Services Schedule.
5. Maintenance and Changes
As a managed platform, Netz0 may update platform software, migrate accounts between servers, and change underlying infrastructure as part of normal operations, with notice where customer action is required, per the master Terms and the SLA.
