When you register a domain name, you are agreeing to own the domain name for a specified amount of time. For example one or more years but you can renew a domain at any time. If you don’t renew a domain after that period you will lose it. This is why it's important to make sure to renew domain names ahead of time.

Renewing your domains ahead of time will not modify the expiration date, so you will not lose any paid time for that domain. The expiration date will be extended by the additional time selected in your renewal order.

We suggest to configure important domains to be renewed automatically but in case you need to renew a domain name manually here are the instructions:

1. Log into your Netz0 customer account.

2. Click Products on the top menu, then click Renew Domains.

3. On this page is a list of all the domains in your account. Check the box next to the domain name you wish to renew, select for how many years you want to extend that domain and then click the green Order Now button.

4. Review your order and then click the green Checkout button to proceed to the final step.

5. Finally, select a method of payment and follow the instructions to complete the renewal transaction by clicking the blue Complete Order button.

If everything went ok, your domain will be sent for renewal immediately after payment and the domain expiration date will be extended. If the domain was already expired, it may take a few hours until you see the domain working again on the Internet.

If a domain name is not renewed, it will eventually disappear from your customer account. Contact us to check the status of the domain and if it still can be restored.
