If you forgot your cPanel password, you can set a new one directly from your Netz0 account. Follow this steps to change your password for a new one.
1. Log into your Netz0 customer account.
2. Click Services on the top menu, then click My Services.
3. On this page is a list of all the hosting services in your account. Click the hosting account you wish to manage.
4. Now, look at the left sidebar ACTIONS menu and click on Change Password.
5. On this page, you can configure your new desired password. Be sure to use a proper one since this is your administrator account. Anyone with access to this account has complete control over your hosting services and data. So please make sure you are using a strong password.
6. Finally, click the button Save Changes.
That’s it! You should now be able to log into your cPanel with your new password.
