At Netz0 you are free to transfer domains out to another provider at any moment. But this procedure cannot be initiated from your Netz0 account. To transfer your domain names to another company you must request a domain transfer from the new service.
Transferring a domain out of Netz0 means you are leaving our services for another company. We cannot help with this procedure since it’s the new company which must support its customers. Just like we support our users when they want to transfer domains to us, you must contact the customer care or support department on the new provider for instructions and help regarding transferring domain names to them. Every company has different procedures and our support team cannot assist with products and services from another vendor.
Note that once a domain was transferred out of Netz0, you will not be able to manage the domain from your Netz0 account, all included features from Netz0 which are exclusive to domain name services will also stop working. Once the transfer was completed, you will have to manage the domain name from the new company and the status of the domain name in your Netz0 account will change to deactivated.
