Recurring products and services are billed and invoiced automatically in periods, for example, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and prolonged for the same period. We always send renewal invoices with plenty of days ahead of the next billing date and properly notify of any upcoming charges. You can also verify all your invoices, payments, and next billing dates from your Netz0 account at any time.

Before canceling your services, please consider that if there is anything we can do to change your mind, we are happy to discuss it with you. However, we understand there are times when you need to cancel a service.

Netz0 only accepts cancellations via the cancellation form located next to your product or service. Cancellations submitted via email, phone or chat are not accepted for security reasons.

Before you submit a cancellation request, create a backup of your data. The cancellation submission form is your authorized approval for Netz0 to delete and cancel your services entirely. Netz0 is not liable for data loss if you do not have a copy of your data outside our infrastructure.

To cancel your service:

1. Login to your Netz0 Account.

2. Select Services in the top menu and go to My Services.

3. Click the active product you wish to cancel.

4. On the left ACTIONS menu select Request Cancellation.

5. Complete the form and then hit the red button called Request Cancellation.

Note: The option End of Billing Period under Cancellation Type only applies to monthly recurring services. If your product is in a different period, the cancellation type defaults to Immediate.

The effective date of cancellation is set once you submit the form, and you will not receive any future invoices for that service, even if your service is not terminated immediately. Please allow 48-72 hours for your request to be processed.
