Most of the Netz0 domain extensions are registered automatically after payment. However, there are certain cases where a domain is not registered instantly. After the payment reception for your registration we send the request immediately to the authorized registry of the extension or in the case of specific local extensions (ccTLD’s), we activate the relevant actions to start the registration procedures on your name from the information provided on your account.

In case of registration errors by the system:

In the case of automatic extensions, it is possible that an error has occurred during the registration attempt. If this is the problem, don't worry. Our system will re-try again automatically, and if it fails again, a Netz0 technician will manually inspect the issue. Some reasons why a registration could fail can be related to incorrect or incomplete information. The registry systems are overloaded, or in temporary maintenance, the domain is a reserved name or another error. Availability of a domain in the Whois database does not guarantee a reservation since the name status could be reserved or shown as free by error.

For ccTLD extensions:

In the case of certain regional extensions, it is possible that additional steps are required to approve the record depending on the local requirements of the country. In such a case, a Netz0 person will notify you of the documentation or additional information requested to complete the application. Some local countries (ccTLD) extensions can only be processed locally so your registration can take some days until it is completed. We suggest consulting the requirements and the processing time for the purchased extension by clicking directly on the domain in question on this page:

After registration:

Please note that once your registration was processed, even if it was already successfully reserved on your name it is possible that you may not see the domain working immediately on the Internet. DNS changes to domains are subject to the effects of DNS propagation worldwide which usually last a few hours.
