IOTA payments need confirmation from the global tangle network to be secure. This means that once you paid with IOTA, you may not see your Netz0 invoice instantly marked as paid. Once you send us the payment, you may need to wait a few minutes until we receive full confirmation on our side. Due to the decentralized nature of the tangle network, this could be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. In some rare occasions, it could take longer.
We suggest waiting at least 120 minutes after payment before contacting us about the state of your IOTA payment.
